“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:24-25
Sunday School is the lifeblood of our church. It is how we connect with one another in fellowship and discipleship. Our small groups are in place to help everyone who wants to connect to our church find a group of people that are walking through similar stages in life. From our Senior Adults to Children we have a class for you.

A Welcome Letter from Sunday School Director, Philip Parsons
Sunday School 9:23AM
Welcome to the First Baptist Church Bixby Sunday School Web page. Hopefully, you are currently attending one of our Sunday School classes or are at least considering attending one of them.
We meet on Sunday Mornings at 9:23AM. Why 9:23?
It is based upon Mark 9:23 in the Bible where Jesus tells us that everything is possible for him that believes. So Mark your calendar for 9:23 Sunday mornings. If you believe you can make it…
We are continually striving to improve our Sunday School and to make it the best Sunday School anywhere! Please come be a part and help us to make this possible.
Our Adult 1 and Adult 2 departments meet in our fellowship hall. Adult 1 is for senior adults 60 and up. We have two ladies classes and one men’s class. The Adult 2 class has both men and women and is currently taught by Pastor Monte. It is suggested for those 50 and up.
We also have four other excellent adult classes with top notch teachers: Amos, Brad, Omer and Mike teach these classes. Please try each one of these classes and chose the one where you can serve in the best.
The young adults are taught by Ed. The youth girls are taught by Stacy and the youth boys are taught by Eric and Phil.
The children’s classes are broken up by age group and are taught by Connie and Claudine. Our pre-school classes are taught by Sherry.
We currently are averaging 90 and are looking to Him for direction. Help us grow – come be a part and join us this Sunday!
